At this exhibition, Desai battery not only brought 280Ah and 100AhLFP energy storage cell mass production products, but also 306Ah and 314Ah two next-generation LFP energy storage cell new products. At the exhibition site, the 280Ah energy storage battery that has been mass-produced by Desai Battery attracted the close attention of guests at the conference.

High safety

Desai battery research and development innovation in the dimensions of battery materials and battery structure, combined with new technologies such as safety blocking and advanced manufacturing processes, can effectively reduce the temperature rise and thermal diffusion range of energy storage cells when subjected to external shocks, to ensure high safety and high reliability of products. Especially in the acupuncture and hot box experiments, the battery cell has no explosion and no fire, and the ultimate safety of the product has been fully reflected.

It is worth mentioning that Desai battery energy storage battery not only passed the GB/T32676, UL1973, IEC62619, UN38.3 and RoHS and other conventional certification tests, but also passed the UL9540A test with excellent safety performance. At present, only a few battery companies in China have passed the UL9540A related test audit, which indicates that the high safety of Desai battery energy storage cell products has been in the first-class level.

UL9540A test, proposed by UL, is a test method used to evaluate the spread of large-scale thermal runaway fire in battery energy storage systems, which has been widely recognized and adopted by relevant authorities and has become a landmark industry norm. UL9540A has now become a internationally recognized challenging international safety test standard, and its test report is a key report in the approval process of energy storage projects in North America, which can effectively reduce the risk of customers in the license approval of AHJ regulatory authorities across the United States, known as the "pass" for energy storage products in the North American market.

Household energy storage

 

In the field of household storage, Desai batteries have two categories of product lines, high voltage and low voltage, all using high-quality cells with a cycle life of more than 6,000 times. Through the scalable modular design of stacked batteries, the battery capacity of 5-40kWh can be expanded, and users can increase or decrease the battery according to their own power needs at different stages, so as to achieve flexible energy storage. At the same time, the IP65 protection level makes the indoor and outdoor installation options more flexible, and the equipment is configured with LED large screen, energy storage APP and BMS system interconnection to achieve intelligent monitoring and management of the equipment. The simple and intelligent UI operation interface display on the Desai battery booth attracted many visitors to stop and try.

215kWh Industrial and commercial integrated cabinet

As the star product of this exhibition, equipped with a highly intelligent EMS system, the use of self-developed Desai battery cells, self-produced battery modules, to provide an integrated solution from system design to integration, to meet the needs of a wide range of scenarios. Desai battery 215kWh industrial and commercial integrated cabinet can achieve IP67 battery pack, IP54 safety protection of the whole machine, the use of high efficiency insulation material mica sheet between the battery cells to prevent thermal runaway, the overall comprehensive efficiency of the cabinet ≥90%, charge and discharge efficiency ≥97%. At the same time, the highly integrated CCS solution is also perfectly compatible with Desai Battery's powerful fully automated intelligent manufacturing. Desai Battery's second generation of industrial and commercial energy storage products will also be available in Q4 2023, and will be iteratively upgraded with higher energy density, higher service life, safer fully submerged liquid cooling, and more intelligent analysis systems.

Container energy storage system

In the center of the booth, the container energy storage system model is equally outstanding, which from time to time caused heated discussions and inquiries on the spot. As the "big brother" in energy storage products, Desai battery 20-foot container can reach 3.35MWh, 5MWh. Compared with the traditional energy solution, the land utilization rate is increased by 42%. The container system is based on the 1500V platform design, which increases the overall efficiency of the system by 2%, reduces the auxiliary loss by 40%, the temperature difference is controlled at 3°C, and the system circulation is increased by 5%. The container energy storage system battery pack adopts flame-retardant and explosion-proof design to achieve IP67 safety protection. Through the system liquid cooling and heat dissipation, the battery life can be significantly improved.
