刘景一，男，1954年生于吉林农安。1978年考入吉林大学法学院。1982年配送中央民族大学，执鞭授法33年，2015年退休。喜结书法丶诗词丶摄影三个“新欢”。

2024年6月，入选全国首批非遗大国工匠。是中国教育电视台名家讲堂栏目特聘艺术顾问。是北京巨匠丹青书画院理事。因书法作品上过邮票，获国礼艺术家荣誉称号。因书法和诗词方面的成绩，获文化复兴杰出贡献艺术家等十几个荣誉称号
